1. Acceptance of Terms

• Never been banned or suspended from the fachai88 platform or any related platform
• Must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the fachai88 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts, including any balances held within them.
